There’s nothing more satisfying to a professional coach than to see the incredible transformation that occurs with people when they can slow down just enough to focus on what’s most important. It’s at this point that they make the biggest gains in their personal or professional life. Coaching is not necessarily about giving advice, tools, or ideas (although we do that sometimes!), but rather to allow the client to settle in comfortably to their authentic self, and begin to tackle their own challenges in a way that makes most sense to them.
My coaching work is based on my 35 years in business, my nearly 28 years of parenting, my love of personal development material (especially Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits), and of course my own recovery from alcohol use disorder which offered a lifetime of learning. Sitting in the beautiful space coaching offers comes naturally and from the heart. Simply, I listen (with all senses and the 3rd eye), clarify, and support the creation of action steps to support big quality of life goals. Lastly, the cherry on top is the fun in motivating the incredible limitless power within each of us to achieve what we not thought possible.
