But it doesn’t have to be hard! This year CAN be different from all the rest.

In fact, we can actually thrive during the holiday season instead! Imagine that!

In this free webinar, Dr. Sonya Jensen shares three key strategies for not just surviving-but thriving-this holiday season. Using approaches that focus on body, mind, and spirit wellness, women in recovery can find inner peace, balance, energy, and space for themselves to enjoy the holiday celebrations.

We will explore cultivating a healthy mindset regardless of what’s happening around us, establishing an immediately useful self-care routine for optimal wellness and energy, and putting boundaries in place so that we keep our center and personal power throughout the season and beyond.

Jill Rathburn, RN, Certified Professional Recovery Coach and NES Bioenergetic Practitioner Founder, Humble Warrior Women​

Jill Rathburn, RN, is a certified professional recovery coach and NES bioenergetic practitioner, with personal experience in recovery. Healing and helping others has always been a core value for Jill. She started her career as a pediatric oncology nurse and transitioned to pharmaceutical sales before starting her own medical education and communications company, which she sold after 17 years. In recovery since 2016, Jill’s journey of recovery from alcohol use disorder led her to discover comprehensive healing approaches in both Western and Eastern modalities. Combining the best from both worlds, Jill established Humble Warrior Women to offer her experience and expertise to other women seeking to find transformational growth in their recovery journey. Jill holds yoga certifications (RYT 200 and Y12SR) and is a Reiki Master.


Dr. Sonya Jensen, Women’s Health Expert, Yoga Teacher, Divine Elements Naturopathic Family Wellness

Dr. Sonya Jensen is a mom, business owner, yoga teacher, workshop leader, podcastor, speaker, and women’s health expert. Her mission is to inspire women so they can live free and joyful lives. She’s a graduate of British Columbia’s Simon Fraser University where she received a degree in cell and molecular biology, after which she went on to study naturopathic medicine. 

Her work with women has taken her to places such as Haiti, where she assisted a group of naturopathic doctor students with an organization called Mama Baby Haiti to provide maternal and pediatric health care at a birth center in Mourne Rouge. This experience solidified for her that her passion lies in working with women and their families. She now runs monthly workshops for women to support them in all aspects of life.

In 2009, Dr. Sonya and her husband Dr. Nicholas Jensen opened Divine Elements Naturopathic Family Wellness in the Kitsilano neighborhood of Vancouver, British Columbia, where they help clients create lasting changes in their overall health and well-being for the entire family.
