Low self-esteem may be one of the reasons many women started drinking in the first place. The initial confidence alcohol provided easily turns to a crutch, and then a curse, ultimately keeping women with alcohol use disorder trapped in a vicious cycle that continues to erode their self-esteem.

Once alcohol free again, women in recovery from alcohol use disorder need to consistently address their self-esteem to not only prevent relapse, but also support healthy habits for the mind, body, and spirit as they progress towards a transformative, alcohol-free life.

Fortunately, it is absolutely possible for a woman to strengthen her sense of self-worth because self-esteem is a mindset. Simple techniques can be learned and practiced to develop healthy self-esteem yielding many desirable outcomes, including happiness, resilience, and optimism.

Join us for this free webinar on a profound topic for any woman in recovery from alcohol use disorder as we examine:

  • What exactly is self-esteem?
  • Factors that shape self-esteem
  • The vicious cycle between alcohol use and self-esteem
  • 5 radical strategies to strengthen self-esteem

Our expert presenter will guide the audience through a personalized action plan to incorporate the 5 strategies into everyday life and will provide a brief guided visualization to engage our healing state and train the subconscious towards self-improvements.
