Title: How to Use the Enneagram as a Doorway to Change
Date: Wednesday, June 24, 2020
Time: 2 PM Eastern Daylight Time
Duration: 1 hour

The Enneagram is a personality typing system that describes nine distinct worldviews, which are patterns of thinking, feeling and perceiving the world around us. This powerful and dynamic model can be an amazing guide for women in early recovery, helping us hone in on our natural tendencies, strengths, and challenges, thus providing opportunities for greater awareness.

Join us for this free webinar, where we will address all 9 Enneagram types, specifically discussing how to:

  • Best support recovery with the most useful applications of the Enneagram
  • Understand how personality type frames core motivations and strengths
  • Recognize how to give and receive love and compassion
  • Liberate the lies we tell ourselves
  • Have better relationships with family, friends, and coworkers
  • Identify effective coping strategies and reduce stress
