Recovery coach, yoga instructor, and bioenergetic practitioner, Jill Rathburn, RN, coaches a group of women through a 24-week, online, holistic wellness and recovery course. This comprehensive program provides personal 1-on-1 bioenergetic support through body field scanning and suggested infoceutical supplementation to strengthen your energetic body fields (as determined by the scan). This emerging field of bioenergetics supports the body’s own ability to heal and stay healthy. In addition, the program is anchored with an online educational course on the four energetic dimensions that support sustainable recovery and holistic health.

Each week, Jill will review the key concepts of the online weekly self-study lesson and lead a review and discussion about its relevance and importance in recovery. Additionally, critical recovery-focused content will be presented, followed by collaborative discussion. In summary, each week offers a robust hour of health, wellness, and recovery strategies.

Course Overview

Humble Warrior Women is a comprehensive, holistic wellness recovery program for transformational health, vitality, and personal growth. It uses state-of-the-art bioenergetic wellness technology, proven experiential tools, and tips and strategies to provide a roadmap for extraordinary healing.

Environment/Earth Module

This is a groundbreaking look at how our environment significantly impacts our health, energy, and quality of life. Topics include circadian rhythm optimization, sleep, power of water, EMFs, grounding, home chemical clean-up, light therapies for healing, and hormesis for optimum health. Often overlooked, these important issues are essential for health and recovery!

Mind/Emotion Module

Critical to transformational growth is our mindset, which is reviewed in detail. Other topics include creating a healing flow state, stimulating the vagus nerve, yoga philosophy, chakras, brain retraining, stress reduction, emotional intelligence, and releasing emotions for energy. While healing issues related to the mind or our emotions can be the most difficult, relearning and understanding these topics from a different lens can be game-changers for our recovery.

Human Body Module

Key topics include using food as medicine for optimal health, strategies for overcoming food and other addictions, managing blood sugar, sustaining high levels of energy, impact of exercise, healing the gut, and the power of fasting. Revolutionary new data are woven throughout this module to best optimize the healing capacity essential for our bodies in early recovery.

Self/Social Module

How we see ourselves in the world in relationship to others remains a large area of study. Topics addressed in this module are creating a personal mission statement, vision planning, review of childhood trauma impact, study of personality types, coping strategies, healing self-love deficit, and how to successfully move forward in our new world of recovery securely and keeping safely within our boundaries.
