Frequently Asked Questions

Should I continue seeing my addiction counselor?

Yes, you should continue with all your regular recovery-related programs, especially working with your addiction counselor. Addiction counselors offer a different service than a recovery coach (see blog, “Coaches and Counselors: A Team Approach”).

Should I continue going to my AA or other 12-step meetings?

Yes, you should continue attending your 12-step programs and all recovery-related programs and support groups that you find helpful in maintaining your sobriety.

Does this program replace an inpatient rehab center or an intensive outpatient program?

No, absolutely not. If you are in active addiction, you should attend an inpatient rehab center or an intensive outpatient program (IOP). If you have completed a 30–90 day inpatient rehab program, the next step recommended in your treatment is often an IOP. Once you have completed that, you are a prime candidate for Humble Warrior Women. It’s possible to do an IOP at the same time as Humble Warrior Women, but active addiction treatment is the most important modality for people who are still struggling on a daily basis to stay sober.

Can Humble Warrior Women help me get sober?

Humble Warrior Women is a program designed for women who have surrendered to their alcohol addiction and are sober. While this program is ideally suited for women in early recovery, all participants must have been sober for a minimum of 90 days.

Can Humble Warrior Women help me with my relapse prevention?

Yes, absolutely. The program is geared to support healing, empowerment, and transformation for women in recovery. The whole program is about preventing relapse and transitioning into a new phase of growth, discovery, and limitless possibilities.

Can I take the infoceuticals with my regular medications and supplements?

Infoceuticals have proven themselves to be extraordinarily safe over the years. They do not stimulate or challenge the body with herbs, nutrients, or medications, but instead optimize the energy and information of the body-field.

If you have had an organ transplant, you should not take Infoceuticals. Patients with organ transplants are often prescribed drugs to suppress the immune system to prevent organ rejection. Infoceuticals work to correct your energy field to boost immunity.

Infoceuticals have otherwise proven very safe, although, as with any supplement, care should be taken with children and pregnant or nursing women.

Can I meet with you one-on-one throughout the program if I need additional support?

Yes, I am open to individual coaching if requested, and I will review the specifics at the beginning of the course.

I don’t use Facebook. Can I still participate?

Yes, you can absolutely participate even if you elect not to join the Facebook community chat. Do note that Facebook chats are private and secure.

If I miss a session, will it be recorded?

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available for viewing throughout the term of your Humble Warrior Women program.
